In depth case study – Proactol LTD
Our brief:
To create up sale opportunities with both existing and potential customers through the provision of a full customer support solution.
By working closely with Katie Downing – Howitt, the product manager of Proactol™ we quickly established that a lack of support and sales options on the website was affecting Proactol’s™ sales.
In an effort to increase the level of traffic we implemented a callback request option on every page, re-wrote all ticket/email replies in accordance with our guidelines, improved the website copy to emphasise customer support & extended opening hours and actively encouraged customer to call us.
To further enhance the results, we worked with Katie, to put into place an incentive system for the customer support team.
Once the Callback system and phone numbers were in place we began to see a surge of traffic into Claritie™. The increase in traffic gave our agents 52% more opportunities to promote Proactol™ which resulted in:
- Phone sales increased by 26%
- Total orders increased by 31%
- Average order value increased by £35.23 / $76.46
- Callback success increased by 18%
- Average Customer Satisfaction went from ‘Good’ to ‘Excellent’
